Oh! Well on DA there are thing called 'Plz' accounts
basically what you do it type in : icon [Something like raisins or bitch please] plz: and then it does that (without the spaces of course)
like this: :icon imhappy plz: without the spaces is

It's user icons. If you want to put a user's icon, let's say mine, you would put : iconkuchikiyorume : without the spaces.
Like so:
Some people create accounts/icons just so you can use them as reaction faces. These are called plz accounts and they usually have plz at the end of their username. That one Adderstar posted is one of those. You'd type : iconmingplz : without the spaces to use that one.
