Porque cantando se alegran los corazones!!!(Because singing hearts become joyful)
I bet you that owl differs greatly!
This was inspired by a real-life event actually. I was sound asleep in my bed when suddenly I was woken by MARIACHIS!!! They were singing at the top of their lungs... sure, mariachis are nice... when they are for you! In my case, they were for a girl next door so I had to endure a full hour and a half of songs while trying to recapture my elusive sleep... by the time they were gone it was dawn and I had to go to work. Nice.
Anyway, this was done completely in this freeware called MyPaint. If you haven't tried it, give it a go... it's super cool and easy to use. I'm not sure how long this owl took to make it took but it definitely was a while...

He's a sound sleeper... but I stood up to look through the window at what was going on and he woke up. And that added yet another problem: he started howling along.
My mother started hushing him and telling me to keep him quiet... So I hugged little Pistacho and hummed to him a while... didn't work, he kept on howling. I covered his ears and petted him, still didn't work. So I carried him and let him see through the window. THAT did the trick. When finally the mariachis were gone he was snoring on my desk

What kind of dog is he? I have a little chihuahua/pomeranian mix - his name's Cubbi
- named after Cubbi Gummi, from Disney's the Gummi Bears! lol

He DID start howling! Darn dog... but it is funny looking back.
His full name is Luis Alfonso Felipe NicolΓ‘s Pistacho AndrΓ©s Ignacio but we call him Pistacho to make things easier
He's a 2 and a half-year old Lhasa Apso... he looks like a rug with paws and a nose.
