The person who ships them is usually pretty good about not romanticizing toxicity, so it's kinda odd that they like ships like Percy x Daisy and Rebecca x Daisy even though those two ships would just as toxic as James x Molly which is a ship she hates specifically because it's abusive.

Tbh, I don't understand how this would work. At least in my point of view, I see Daisy as way older than Percy, and personality and encounter-wise, I don't think those two would go well together.

I don't see Daisy as being that much older than Percy physically but she is much more mature than him and would probably want someone on the same level of maturity. I also see Percy as gay, so I don't see it working it all especially since Percy wouldn't like her bratty nature.
