Monster type/species: Changeling: A changeling is a creature found in European folklore and folk religion. It is typically described as being the offspring of a fairy, troll, elf or other legendary creature that has been secretly left in the place of a human child. In this case the child was a swapped human child magically experimented on to resemble actual creatures of myth and legend before being swapped out with another human child. Eli's basis was a phoenix in the shape of a flightless bird, however the phoenix part could not be completely replicated.

Weakness:
-Frail Wings: His wings are weak enough to break with little effort. If they're broken it limits the options he has while fighting and can render him off-balance if he tries to fight.
-Water: While small amounts will only cause his flames to flare up but large amounts can put him out.
-Mortality: He's mortal and killable, shoot him in the head, stab him in the heart, he dies.

Major Skills:
-Sound Mimicry: Elijah can perfectly copy any sound he hears, matching the pitch, the tone and volume of it, so long as he has heard it he can utilize it. Note that while can can copy sounds he can't just straight-up talk in another person's voice, he can only copy the exact way they said a certain word or sentence so if he were to try and speak as them using a collection of words/sentences it's going to sound rather off because it's likely the tone, and obvious context, would be different.
-Flammable Oil: His body constantly secretes a flammable oil that he can set ablaze without burning himself as the oil acts like a protective layer due to the rate it burns, this also leaves him protected against most fire-based abilities. However the more strained and stressed out he is mentally the properties of the oil can change to burn hotter, but faster, often leaving him with some burns afterwards if this happens. He burns at 435 Celsius and at 500 when stressed.
-Kick-Based Martial Artist: Eli has been put through training from a young age to make more use of his legs then his arms, given his monster form. So thus he practices a style that incorporates kick moves from a few major martial arts styles such as capoeira, shaolin kung-fu, kickboxing and taekwondo.

Minor Skills:
-Sound Memory: While Eli might not remember alot he can remember any sound he's heard at least once.
-Survivalist: If left alone in the cold, or warm, wilds Eli knows how to take care of himself, how to look for food, how to know if something's safe to eat and even how to find north.
-Dancer: Eli's also a pretty good dancer.
-Resolve of Stone: This monster has earned the ability to keep cool and collected under pressure (even if they don't show it on the outside). When there back is to the wall they have the determination to keep on going, giving them the ability to shrug off mundane discouragements and take twice as long to fatigue physically.

Personality: Eli is surprisingly rather quiet and secluded, never speaks or makes any noise that he himself has come up with, preferring to communicate via his mimicry. He also lacks a sense of empathy and understanding but also has an intense sense of curiosity. He gets excited when he hears music or sounds he likes and likes things that are bright and pretty. Eli also tends to touch things he shouldn't alot of the time, getting himself into trouble. He likes sounds, honey, bright colours, his big brothers and music. He dislikes going to bed, being quiet and people being sad.

Character's Background: Elijah began life inside a woman. His father? Unknown however he wasn't there for long as he was replaced with what would be Jersey, he himself being removed via magic and grown in a test tube. Unlike Jersey before him and the possible countless others before he got lucky and awoke, reaching maturity too fast after the magical manipulations to be placed in another woman and so their 'father' whom was a fae by the name of Oren, took it upon himself to raise his 'experiment' having looked him over, worked out his abilities and even had him trained in human fighting styles. Eli was raised by a fae and such gained alot of the traits he, for the most part, never spoke or sang, he only mimicked what he heard and yet he was drawn to beauty. As he grew older he began going through a changeling process where he would lose the ability to shapeshift before humanoid and monstrous and remain monstrous permanently. Unlike Jersey however Elijah's monster state was more humanoid in design however there were complications in the mix of organs and an imbalances of estrogen in his system. As a result Elijah ended up hermaphroditic after the process was over. It was at this time some authorities arrived, tipped off by some unknown persons. Oren was taken to be tried for his crimes and Elijah was to be placed in the same academy as his brother Jersey in the hopes he might turn out better there alongside his sibling.

Geodeling
Minor Skill: Limited Tremorsense: A Geodeling doesn't really see, but can feel vibrations in the ground to sense it's surroundings. A Geodeling can sense an object or being within a 10 foot radius around it as long as the thing in question is in contact with a surface the Geodeling touches.
