I just fell in love with the angle, so I was great doing a piece like this. Alice Nine. . .they're all so cute! x3 I wanna do portraits of them all! o.o
But damn, do you get confused after a while from staring at those dots! @_@

I just recently from L's full name! (atleast what "L" stands for xD). Very unusual name indeed.
As for the movie, I saw it on youtube, if you browse around there. There are ones with english subs, but they are really, really bad. xD I think they name L differently too; not using Ryuuzaki.

This does make a lovely portrait! I really love the angle as well, it gives it a great, stylish look and brings so much attention to those big pretty eyes of his! Look at all of that detail--it's really mind boggling how well you balance the detail and the fact that you take such a long time making it look just right. The colors you used look just right; not one color is stronger than the other, and the who thing just looks so balanced. It's so satisfying to see something put togehter so well. Lovely, just lovely!
