Description
This is my OC Pao Qing all dressed up and colorful -- facemask and all!
I wanted to try a decora fashion theme, and I kind of like how it turned out for the most part. Also, I really hope that my coloring is getting better, which it should be, thanks to my brand new colorless blender pencil!! HOORAY!! lol

Haha, thanks! lol yeah, you may have guessed, but decora is pretty much like if you put on all of your clothes and accessories at once... lol it looks kinda cool, I think. ^__^
