This is Nuruhuine, her OC, whom I have come to love so much with so little. 
Nuruhuine, of his true name, Meneldil is a "Stars Reader". (Meneldil means Astronomer.) He is able to read the different screens of the future in the sky. He must make the Choice of the future, the good or the evil. He is the only one which can decide between them.
Actually, I had a thought of making this a white (with a hint of green) themed picture, with snow and woods outside the window, to make it different... But, I thought of stars, and, after painting the skies, I realized I didn't know how to make it a white picture anymore...

Wow, this is an excellent piece of work. Very much fits the description of the character it was designed around. I'm glad you ended up following your instincts with this one and doing a black border as a sort of background as opposed to a forest. It gives the whole work a much more dramatic feel... And of course it wouldn't be right to do a comment and not mention the fantastic lighting and sky ^___^. Also (if you haven't given up reading this out of boredom for it's length
