I really do hope you get a job like that! It would be an frickin' amazing blast!!
Hmm, well, before you sell any, I say you should scan or take a picture of them before you sell them. That way if they do sell well, you'll still have copies of the originals . If you can make a profit off them after buying the A3 printer, like you said.
Ha, I definitely do need a DSLR. For my photography class... I'm not allowed to use a digital camera. So after looking long and hard for a manual camera (my teacher said it had to be old and dusty), my mom remembered that my dad still had his old camera. So, I'm going to be using it for my photography class, and I'm going to be messing with chemicals and developing my pictures. It's going to be a heck of money <.<. I'm tempted to drop the course and just buy the DSLR lol. But, I have to take the course because it's required, so that's not really an option .
Merry Christmas, Alannah .

lol, I think you'd like Florida if you could get over the heat. And if you didn't visit Florida, Washington is so beautiful. I've seen pictures, and I'm like dieinggg to go there, even though it's like... on the complete opposite side of the country XD. It's be a good 5 day drive . There's a zoo in Texas that's really amazing too, I think you would love it! I went when I was younger, and they had komodo dragons.
Someone said that it would take 2 days to look at everything or something like that. Just imagine if you were taking pictures! -You'd need a bigger memory card for your camera and a bigger hard drive for your computer .
You know what you could do? You could keep doing them (since you have the supplies already, right?), but save selling them for after you get the money for the safari. That way you can get money after the safari as well!
And of course you'd want a good safari! I mean, it would be a pretty crappy safari if you spent money to go get shots of animals and then saw no animals or, instead, got eaten by them because lack of protection, equipment, and competency of your tour guide .
Yep, I'm doing film . It's a bit annoying because I can't seem to get the exposures right. I should take a picture of my 2 new cameras and show you .
If it's in good condition, you could probably get a good $100 out of it . How close are you to safari?? It's a good sign that your mummy is going to take you!!

I'm not really interested in visiting towns and stuff, I get bored easily of that kind of thing I'm sure I'd like the zoos though I've almost run out of memory.. A few more zoo trips and POW I'll be out of room
I think I might put the two sizes I can do for sale, then wait till after the safari to get a bigger printer and sell the larger canvas...
Me and my mum have been talking about it, she's got £900 saved up (but she'll ask my dad for money towards it lol) and I've got £750 but should have an extra £100 by may in pocket money, then May is my 18th Birthday so I'm hoping to get a lot of money then too, which should give me lots of money for Safari. We found this place - [link] Then this date, "Nakuru, Masai Mara and Migration, 26 June till 06 July. 10 nights." Averages £1,500 but we're not sure if that included flights, so I emailed them to see. If flights included we'll book it, if not I'm not sure what's happening.
Ha, it helps though because once you get the hang of it you know how it works then you'll be fine with a DSLR
