"My hearts a stereo,
It beats for you so listen close,
Hear my thoughts in every note,
Oh oh,
Make me your radio,
Turn me up when you feel low,
This melody was meant for you,
So sing-a-long to my stereo."
-Gym Class Heroes; Stereo Hearts

It's been awhile since I uploaded. I found something to upload.... I hope you're happy Lawrie lol.

Anyways, I love this song. It's been stuck in my head for a couple days. I'm sure my boyfriend is tired of hearing me sing it every time I'm with him lol. Oh well .

lol, I kind of wish he was my pet, but at the same time......... me and bird crap don't get along lol. I almost bought a leopard gecko at the store..... . They were so adorable and almost as big as my pinky! But they were expensive :/. I believe the lady said almost $200+ .

Wow that is expensive! I bet you could find them cheaper though! I got Zack and Zee together for £40 (about $80?) But I payed £75 for Leo, he has amazing markings though

Yeahhhhh, it was a tad expensive. So I decided if I buy one it will NOT be from that store lol.

Agreed - Leo has cute markings!!!! He looks so good with everything too because of it ^.^.

Unfortunately, no, I do not own this beautiful bird . I saw him at the zoo, but it was a pleasure meeting him! He talked!
I've heard many people have these birds as pets though.

Hey you found him, I was wondering where he flew off to Beautiful bird, great photo. Which reminds me I just bought a camera off eBay over the weekend, still have got it yet. It's a used Canon Rebel xs. I needed something for my class this point and shoot just wasn't getting the job done.

lol, I sure did find him! ;D Thank you!!

OHHH!! Really? Mine's a Canon Rebel XSi! It's pretty much the same thing as the XS . You will LOVE it! On one hand, I was pretty attached to my Kodak point and shoot lol. So I know that you will LOVE / ADORE / CHERISH / WORSHIP / ETC the camera since I loved it at first and everything else followed suit lol.

They didn't say they were going to be shipping my camera via wagon train, it's like taking forever to get here but supposed to be here Monday. I think mine is like the economy model of the one you have but it should do.

My existing camera is driving me a little crazy. I went out to take pictures the other day and the battery died after 13 photos Then today I was taking some more and it doesn't really focus well on close ups. I so wish I had my Canon already. I have to take about 50 more photos tomorrow just to be caught up in my class. But it's going to be awesome when it does get here

Did you finally get your camera??? Sounds like they are/were taking their sweet time about it.
I'm beginning to notice that there really isn't much of a difference in the models that are about the same price. You can really only tell the difference when you compare one end of the scale to the other lol.

Wow! Your battery went dead after 13 photos?? It's one of the rechargeable ones, I'm guessing? I've always used battery-operated until my Canon. I hope it arrives soon or already has to make your life easier! Especially when you only get 13/50 of the ones you need for class o.o;.

I didn't tell you that I got it? I got it about a week or so ago, I love it! It's used but the body is totally clean and all in very good shape, like it was hardly used. I went out the other day and took 75 pictures, so much easier than my other one and the pictures are so much better. I've probably taken now maybe 150 pictures with it and the gauge for the battery still shows as full lol

The lens that came with it is the stock 18-55mm, it would be nice to have more of a telephoto, do you have any suggestions?

Well, I didn't respond to your message as soon as I hoped. Don't feel guilty it's my bad .

That sounds terrific! They are such beasts - those cameras .
I have the stock lens as well. I was looking at a telephoto lens too. I was thinking about getting this one [link] or [link] depending on how much money I have sitting around later lol. The first one has better range and focus. I think that's the only difference besides price.

The first one looks like a really nice lens The second I have looked at myself. I asked my brother and he said the optics were kind of "beginner level." He paid like $1700 for his camera. So you know the context he's coming from. I'm thinking that if it's at least as good as the lens I got, it would be a nice addition for me.

My brother keeps wanting me to get the 50mm 1.8 lens that costs around $100. I trust his advice on that, but for right now I really need the ability to zoom in on things. So I'm putting that on hold for awhile.

The first one looks very nice to me as well . I don't want to fork out that kind of money yet though. I still want to buy other stuff.... like a new laptop. I'm saving so when my goes to crap, I don't have to freak out about it being crappy lol.

I heard the 50mm 1.8 lens is a really nice lens, especially for a beginner. I'm thinking about getting it for myself when my birthday rolls around . Either that or a macro lens, muhahaha lol. Have you looked at any macro lens? It's amazing what you can't see and then all of a sudden you SEE.
