This is Sirus from the RP "Mutation"

Sirus was the second mutated science creation after Vega, which Sirus contains the DNA of Vegeta and Piccolo and small traces of other species.

He is capable of giving birth and even though he's short, he's extremely fast on his feet.
Sirus ends up falling in love and having sex with Vega, even though they don't seem to really get along.
Vega however has other plans (world domination)
thus leaving Sirus alone and pregnant and rather bitter.
Sirus gives birth to Virus, keeping his son a secret from the other mutants for as long as possible so they wouldn't attack him.

Sassy, playful and devilish, I created Sirus to have a lot of interesting quirks.
