Summary: After nine months of vacationing, Frisk gets sick and Asriel stresses out and many emotional conversations ensue.

It shouldn’t have been a surprise, but after traveling across the world and being among other humans without a hitch, it was the ninth month of coming back to America that Frisk finally got sick.
It started with a sore throat and a cough, but quickly it got worse, devolving into a headache, a fever, and a nasty stomach, the whole body was under attack.

Frisk lay nearly helpless in the hotel bed, watching as Asriel paced back and forth, they were unsure if they ever saw him this stressed out before.
“You’re making me dizzy, Az,” they rasped, closing their eyes for a moment.
“I apologize, I’m just… I…,” he began but struggled to make a sentence.
“Are you okay?” Frisk asked.
“No!” he snapped, then immediately recoiled when Frisk flinched, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you, it’s just that I don’t know what other medicine to get and I hate that you feel so horrible and-,”
“We should go back home, I could go see my doc,” Frisk interrupted, holding out their hand, reaching to Asriel.
