This is a charming depiction of chibi Colonel Brandon. I like the way you drew his hair and wonderful suit, and I presume the lovely roses and books are gifts for Marianne. He has a rather quiet and contemplative look here - it makes one wonder what exactly he's thinking about as he makes his way to her. I also like the coloring job you did here - such pleasantly warm tones. Very nicely done.
