History:
Elijah was raised on caravan life, his family followed the trail of caps wherever it took them. While on the road, raiders attacked and their brahmin broke its leg. Luckily they were near a settlement and managed to fight off the raiders long enough to reach it. One of the vendors helped them nurse their brahmin back to health however, it was not without a limp. Elijah's interest in medicine started there. In the time it took for their brahmin to heal, Eli had learned quite a few techniques from the vendor. The raiders were still causing problems for incoming caravans and he got plenty of experience from it. When it was evident that their brahmin's limp wouldn't go away, the family sold it to a farmer and bought another and got back on the road. As the family traveled farther north, his knowledge of medicine grew as they met injured travelers in the settlements. Eli didn't do much else besides medicine, taking full advantage of the chance to learn and grew rather introverted. Elijah was around twenty when the family reached St. Patricks. They spent quite some time there, venturing to nearby settlements but always returning. This went on for a month before they prepared to leave. However, Elijah wasn't leaving. A settler had been in critical condition after an incident with mines and he was staying behind to ensure their survival. He's stayed there ever since.

Personality: Elijah seems very shy due to his speech habits, he hates to hear himself speak and will often avoid most conversation and social events that require talking. Eli is not new to taking risks with his profession and the occasional bounty he'll take if supplies get low or people aren't getting shot enough for the business to support him, that doesn't mean he likes uncertainties. Despite his reluctance to interact with people, Elijah is rather curious about the world. The wasteland provides story-worthy injuries and prizes worth the pain. Eli doesn't really drink but lingers in bars just to hear the stories, ludicrous or not. He may get stressed but Elijah works in that condition enough to control himself and not freak out when the pressures on him. Not outwardly at least... Eli has low self-confidence in anything outside of medicine, this fuels his curiosity for other professions, if Elijah knew more, he would feel more confident. Thanks to his low confidence, and lack of social activity, Eli is not romantic, affectionate or flirty. He is very resourceful, having to make splints and slings, and all sorts of other little things, one must be creative with what the wasteland gives you, it usually isn't caps to by proper supplies. Having a profession where he isn't trusted already, Elijah is honest with his patients. This is not a moral decision, rather, he's acknowledging the fact that they're both paying him and have guns. Elijah is rather nurturing, it comes with the job of taking care of people. With his job revolving around assessing conditions, Eli is very critical of others and always ready for something to go wrong. Elijah finds it better to believe the bad will come and hope for the good. His stress often leads him to snap at people with witty comments.

Likes: Teas, cooking, books

Dislikes: Radroaches, variables, the sight of chewed fingernails, raiders. (they just mooch off the labor of others) chems, humid weather, hot weather

Hobbies: He really enjoys music, sometimes he ends up humming or singing along, he will quickly stop when he notices it. He presses flowers he finds and often sketches things he finds odd.

Extra:
Caravan life has made him crave adventure but he doubts his skills.
He waters down his Nuka Cola when he can, syrupy soda isn't the greatest...
What he lacks in conversation, he makes up in body language.
