I was watching Looney Tunes Back: In Action (underrated movie by the way) and the action and comedy style reminds me a lot of this fella here and his human partner/friend, Miranda Wright, especially both have voice actors like Joe Alaskey, Jeff Bennett (both in that movie already mentioned) and of course Maurice LaMarche in that era of episodes, not in the episodes with Lucky Piquel, which has your usual voice actors methods like in Goof Troop and Darkwing Duck.

Also the Miranda episodes parodied not only the Looney Tunes and Disney stuff, but also Hanna Barbera (look in the Cartoon Cornered episode, and you'll see what I mean). I also personally enjoyed the relationship with Bonkers and Miranda, reminds me a bit of female adult version of Arnold from Hey Arnold!

Ironically both the Miranda episodes and Looney Tunes Back: In Action (and also Darkwing Duck) follow the style of Tex Avery and Chuck Jones, while the Piquel episodes follow the style of Bob Clampett, in which Roger Rabbit did as well.
