Designs based off my fanfic found here: www.fanfiction.net/s/8675052/1…I love the Metallikats and would have liked to do more with them, but they at least got to show up in one chapter of the story. They had been extending their gang with kats who have special powers or cybernetic parts like Glitch and Scratch. Mostly I just wanted to design Glitch because he's kind of adorable.

I loved their designs with the masks and the gangster suits much better than just seeing their robot bodies. I thought they looked scarier the other way.

Agreed. I like them in their clothes quite a lot.
I image it was a cost cutting decision. Cut down on the colors needed to animate them.
But I was glad they got their outfits back on several occasions.

Though they weren't the main villains in my fanfic, I had fun with them in one of the chapters, going over their new gang of tech altered goons and their new wardrobe. They are my favorite villains from the show so it was fun!
