Description I was practicing some doodles, and this came out. And I'm p happy with it (though I was trying to make her look a lil bit older).

And as the title implies, this is the Spielmann siblings' (my steampunk robutts) mom, Viktoria Spielmann. And let's just say this is probably her in her younger years, maybe about 21? 22? About a decade before the siblings were built. And I think she and Vera look p similar in looks now (since Vera was built to look like her mum here.)
And if you don't remeber the Spielmann bots this is them, (though their refs and info desperately need an update XP)--->

I've only drawn Vik here a couple of times, and those times, her face was (purposefully) shaded out, cuz I wanted to wait until I actually drew her face. But I actually wanna take some time to talk about why she's important to the siblings' story and what role she will later play in it, so brace yourselves for a long-ish story/wall of text.

Some Background on her;

Viktoria is actually the reason the Spielmann bots were built in the first place. She and her husband, Hector I, (an inventor & Scientist) lived during the mid to late 1800s, and weren't able to have children of their own. They had (essentially) adopted Julian, the son of their family friends, Ernest and Helena Baasch (all three belong to VileBile ). After Helena passed from childbirth, Viktoria and Hector stepped in to take care of the child when Ernest, in his grief, was busying himself with his scientific work. Viktoria loved and cared for Julian as if he were her own son, and the years she spent with him were most likely her happiest. But eventually, and due to a tragic, and rather unfortunate turn of events they lost Julian too due to Ernest going absolutely mad and making his son into his own experiment by turning him into an automaton, and not long after that, was gone without a trace.

She spent weeks trying to find him but was unsuccessful. Viktoria was utterly devastated, and the loss of Julian caused her to fall into a severe depression, to the point where she neither slept nor ate, and almost never left her room, to which her husband had to force her to do almost everything and anything to get her to function. She had become a shell of the once happy and lively young woman she used to be. This caused Hector to become desperate for a solution, or else he would lose his wife too. So after months of this happening, Hector created the first (and oldest) of the siblings, Hector II, tho at the time he had the build of a 12 year old boy, around the same age as Julian was before they lost him. Hector I new that they would never be able to replace Julian, but he just wanted her to be happy again.

Though it took some time, Viktoria started acting more like herself again, and grew closer to their new "son". Two years after Hector II was built, Reinhardt was made to give him a sibling so he wouldn't be alone, and two years after that, the twins, Klaus and Verena were built. Vik was happier than she was before, but would still grieve over the loss of Julian from time to time, but eventually Vera caught on. After asking Vik about it, Vera was the only one out of her siblings that Vik had told about Julian (albeit vaguely), and Vera kept this information to herself and never mentioned it again after some time.

They lived happily for many years, until one day, Viktoria suddenly collapsed from illness, which was later diagnosed as TB. The siblings and their father did what they could to help her, but they knew nothing more could be done. In her final days, she told Verena everything she wanted to know about Julian, answering her questions from years ago, and what had happened to him, and that he in fact was still alive, but didn't know where he was and was unable to find him, and regrets that Vera and her brothers never got the chance to meet him.
Vera (who was only 18 at the time) then promised her mother that she would find Julian one day for her, and finish what she couldn't. Vik then gave Vera a locket with his picture in it so she could give it back to him when she does find him (it's the same locket she is seen wearing in the picture above, and is also the same one that Vera wears to this day).
Viktoria then died the next morning, appearing to be at peace, and was buried a few days after.

Vik is still going to play a part in the Spielmanns' stories, but I'll save that for another time. ;3 This was already a crap ton to write, and I have a bad habit of adding too much detail to things. XP
But anyways, enjoy a younger Mama Vik here, I guess. 8U
