Description
Lalla Ward as the second incarnation of Time Lady Romana, as seen in the 1979 serial "Destiny of the Daleks."Drawn with Staedler pigment pen on two sheets of Xerox paper [face and everything else], with coloring done in Photoshop using a photo as inspiration and starting point.
