This reminds me of The Last Homely House. (Maybe someone already mentioned that... haven't got chance to check.) I like the feel and depth.
My only, only complaint would be that the courtyard, near the bottom, seems slightly tilted, like it is on an incline. That may be on purpose, though. Lovely!

I have no idea why or how, but for some reason, this image reminded me of Skyrim's Markarth.
Regardless, this is easily one of the best cityscapes I've ever seen.
