The DNA samples which were transferred into the machines had the main four died before the outbreak, and when Tinky and the others became infected, The machines created Tip, Dabsy, Lo-Lo and Penn. Tip and his friends had no clue on the what was happening outside the area they were born in, and are unaware on their original counterparts.

[PERSONALITY]
Tip comes off as lazy and ignorant, but it doesn’t make him mean. He is actually quite nice and tries to at least help when he’s being told to, his relationship with Dabsy is also very close and appreciates her for what she does. With Lo-Lo, he thinks of her like a mother as she tries to look after him and the two children.

-There was originally plans for what this clone was meant to do, but a corruption in TylerroseStorey810’s iPad had caused at the artwork to be erased, bringing the plan back to square one.
-He is the clone of Tinky Winky, but his personality comes from Dipsy’s side as lazy and ignorant.
-Guardian is unaware of Tip, Dabsy, Lo-Lo and Penn, it is unknown if he will ever meet them.
