I think this is really beautiful, composition wise it's always nice to focus on eyes, which you have done here, if it was me I would have opened up the aperture a little bit more to get both eyes in focus, but that's just a personal thing.
I also feel the light is nice here, but if it was me I would have had her dark side of her face maybe a little darker, presently it's showing slight flaws in the skin, a bit darker and it would have maybe been a bit more flattering for the model.
Overall it's a lovely shot, the tips I have given are things that I would have done, we are all different and see the world (and images) differently, that's what makes photography such an interesting artform.

The model's skin is a bit distracting. Not trying to be mean, she's beautiful but under a macro close up we'd all have the same issue with every pore and line standing out.
I'd try to soft focus filter everything but the eyes, make them stand out even more - try to make them like jewels on a blank canvas. If she were my model I'd have her put on a high quality powder and even subdue the lips and eyebrows.
