In the region vast (pmd) Mr. 3rr0r is the leader of all the outlaws, he runs the town called vail (The town of only outlaws) He is ghost/dark in typing. He likes to joke around and have fun. He can be seen messing with people by teleporting their stuff away or using glitchy powers to make the item unusable. But when you make him angry is when you screwed up. He can bend the world to his whim, using his powers able to make it look as if it is being run in a program. He is able to Resize objects, go into computers, make things appear, make things disappear, open portals to other dimensions, and use every move known in the pmd universe (Other than ones only certain Pokémon can use, z-Moves, Gigantamax moves). With all this power comes great weakness when he over uses his powers in a short time he can be seen blue screening being unable to move as he freezes in place. He is also weak to any form of Box, cardboard or not. This is cause it acts as if your compressing his files into a small area making him unable to use basically anything. (He also just hates water, not weak to it, he just hates it)
