this was my idea of what cacodemon combined with pain elemental might look like in doom³. i tried to give it some qualities of the original cacodemon, with the multi-eye and techno traits that seem to pop up frequently in D3. the idea for this creature was that it was supposed to spawn lost souls and spit plasma at you.Related content
