This is a scratchy little traditional thing which turned out meh, okay, could have been better- very sketchy, lots of biro n stuff. Didnt scan very well but the god-like 'cutout' filter of photoshop jumped in to save the day once again.

I swear, eventually i'll do something with a hand-carved stamp/cel shade effect for REAL, i'm dying to try it actually..i just never get around to it and the filter is so much quicker .

I feel so dirty

so, so dirty

Damn, so true!! Meteos has been eating my soul. A game where you still see blocks falling when you try to sleep. You can tell that one of the guys who made smash bros worked on it, the presentation is so cool.

You've destroyed my innocence - I'll now see that character as the shady pusher it really is...

smash bros? on meteos? It doesnt sound all that probable, unless one of the guys who worked on smash bros ran over to the guys who made REZ and asked for a job or something x_x

The game's production has this uncanny Super Smash Bros. feeling, which can be attributed to the designer of Meteos, Masahiro Sakurai, who was also responsible for the original N64 fighter during his days at Hal.

From the ign.com review. I thought I just misread a review for a while- curse you and your seeds of doubt! I'm borrowing my brother's psp at the mo, so I'll have to see what Lumines is like compared to Meteos

Don't you think? The menus, some music and the general presentation of the game reminded me of it, from what I remember. Also the whole information on random things you've done was like on smash bros.

I only noticed the intro for meteos the other day- so good!
