You know, Saia's design was very much an on-the-spot project (Liam would know, I was sitting next to him while drawing XD). I just knew I wanted a human Sith apprentice with tattoos. Her clothes were too...er...typical. So here she is, all revamped. Better clothes and longer hair (because I realize none of my female characters with long hair ever let it down), along with slight changes regarding the tattoos on her face and arms. Na na they are always my favorite for me. Nothing to get in the way. Love the end piece for hilt butt hitting. Great balance and all smooth and round without nothing to get in the way but the box switch. Chrome or smooth doesn't matter to me. Beside they are the elegant kinds I love as a Lightsaber piece. I just love the Samurai 3000 hilt for it being Star Wars like and Blade's hilt in some sort of way. Hell the hilts in The Old Republic from what I've seen so far are going to that unique elegant style too.
On a side note: I found another person who has that hilt style for one of there Jedi OC. [link] Just look at it. Someone you know?

Ahaha, I don't really go searching for information about lightsabers unless it is intimately connected to a character I like. Mainly it's just drawing what feels right.

personaly i prefered the old tatoos, but the rest is pretty good for making it a more personalised outfit, and i realy like the armguards

Oho! As much as I loved the original design (and yes), this is equally (if not more) awesome. The glove, belt, bracers, choker and pendant are all great touches, and I love what you did with the facial tattoos. <3 The cape-tails (sorry) are a great idea too; just looking at them I can see her barreling (or lunging gracefully, depending on how you characterize it) towards someone with them spilling out behind her like wings.
With that much exposed skin, though, Ven will probably start ogling her whenever her back is turned. Or when she's looking, too. <.< Bastard. *smacks*
