I did it! I finally think that I've solved the poor excuse for a background! lol I wasn't satisfied with the original pink (not a fan of the color) so I came up with this.This is Rikku from Final Fantasy X2.

Fantastic work! I love the details and the shades on her skin that you don't often see on skin (the purples, blues, and greens). It gives it a very lush and rich look. Well done!

Ahh, one of my favorite gaming characters of all time. And this is quite possibly the best original piece of Rikku I have stumbled upon. Very, very nice.

This is quite amazing, I'll admit, I am the "fanboy" refered to in the tittle, I love Rikku with about as much passion as you can have for a fictional charachter before it is weird.

I think I might love you ^_^ Your stuff has such a great humour behind it (or I'm projecting, either way it's great fun) I think the background works well for this style and that pose is great. You are an amazing colourist as well.

Ha ha, way to make me add it to my favorites twice. Your take on Rikku looks older than she does in the game, but still damn good. The pose is great and the hair is very well done.

The first thing that caught my eye when I looked at this was the sense of movement in her body and her hair. The circles in the background also contribute to the movement. Your choice of colors, esepcially the golds and browns give her kind of an earthy and wild feel. The blue makes a nice contrast and helps to break it up, keeps it interesting. Looking a bit closer, I can see that her right eye does not quite line up with her left and her nose looks a little crooked up toward her forehead, but this could be because of where the highlight was place. Overall, though a very nice piece.
