This rendition is not exactly a Decepticon or a herald of Unicron, instead he is the creation of someone calling himself "the Forsaken One" (NOT the Fallen). This Scourge is thus a Forsaken. I used the Ancient Transformer insignia for this rendition [link] , here it's meant to really distinquish this sub faction from the two main factions.

This Scourge is known as "the Leviathan", He Who Drinks the Oceans Dry, he transforms into a Cybertronian military-class speedboat that can also fly in mid-air.
