Yay! Another meme! I did this at Fox's house with her tablet weeks ago! I've been dying to post it! Yes, ItaKisa is my favorite. Right now my second favorite is Juugo/Kimimaro and third would have to beee.... Gai/Lee. Or Sasu/Naru! XD *shrug* It's all good.

Oh wow. On that old thing? Haha! Well I'm glad you like it so much. However, I'm not the best teacher. I only know poses because I study people a lot (aka, stare at them creepily for an extended period of time). It might not make me a lot of friends but you can see the result. 
Perhaps you can try that. Take out your paper/sketch book and find someone around you. Then just "study" them for a while (stare and stare hard, focusing on their pose alone. don't e shy. ^^). To make it easy on yourself, wait until your "subject" has seated them self and/or is in a position that they won't be moving too much from (resting against a wall, standing and talking to a friend, sleeping if you wanna be extra creepy 
And when you sketch your people don't add any details. Start with stick figures (I do this a lot, honest). Then add some thickness around that in a sort of er... way to make them look more human. Fff. This is hard to explain. But basically like this ---> [link] (I faved this myself forever ago). But to start, don't try anything epic. Just do your simple sketches. Fill your page and turn it over and/or go to the next page and keep going. Try to just throw things down and don't look at it for too long. Draw one person then move onto the next or simply draw the same pose multiple times until you finally feel more comfortable with said pose. Keep going until you filled a couple pages.
This sort of thing helps when you can't think of anything to draw or when you wanna relieve some drawing stress. But it's also great for familiarizing yourself with different poses. This is basically how I learned Heh. Well, you were commenting on a pose I put Kisame in, right? So that pose is probably one I learned from staring at porn too long. Which is wonderful for learning the more "awkward" poses. Heh heh. Not to mention there's a pause button.
But anyway! I hope I helped at least a little, dear.
