Description Reading the leaves.

By

TysonofDos.

In the darkened water,
The tea bag swirled and danced,
In the purple teacup,
Held in trembling hands.

Like a lost soul trapped,
Unknowingly with the bars obscured,
Maybe one day free,
One day gone.

For so many days,
For so many nights,
For hope and health,
For sickness and death.

We may go and yet,
We leave our flavor,
Changing the world till,
It is shared by others.

The teabag will be taken out,
Discarded after it has served its purpose,
Yet the times will change,
The tea will be drunk.

No more bag.
No more tea.
No more you.
No more me.

The tale is written,
In the leaves.
Times will change,
And so shall we.
