JOB: Police officer (SWAT + Detective)
SYNC characters are mostly robotic androids based on anthropomorphic animals.
This is a temporary concept sketch. All contents showed in this picture is likely to be changed in future development.

Amber Hazel is an android police officer of a futuristic ego-city built on the relics of Hongkong.
She was at first a duplicate of Azure Hazel fav.me/dvyndp , who is considered to be the best of all. After being accidentally affected by computer virus, she became independent and developed a bright, casual and even sometimes careless personality. People treat them like twins.
Amber had worked together with Azure in the SWAT team, and had been always the main trouble maker. Later when Azure was transfer to “Project Sleeping Beauty”, she has to lead team alone. It was then she start to learn how difficult to drive all those problematic members to work as planned.
Different to her brother, Amber loved to try those “cutting edge equipments” designed by Klock fav.me/d2ry5jn .

Very nice and cute design! Amber Hazel is definitely one of my favorite characters. You should consider trying to make some of these technologies a reality! They may seem crazy at first, but many inventions start out as dreams and "crazy" concepts.

Aside from touching up the drawing a little, I would say that you have a pretty good character. The design is similar to that of Azure Hazel, but as you said she is an imperfect copy (which adds to her depth and characterization). The colors are a good choice, especially for this this character. The black and white are typical of police and, of course, her name IS Amber. I like how the picture reflects your description of her personality. If she had a more serious look, I would less inclined to believe that she is the way you say she is. This is a temporary concept sketch, so most of what I can say that can be changed probably will be in the final version (most of it is just some minor things here and there). Amber herself is an exciting character. She is a flawed hero (which people seem to care the most about), but she isn't too dark or mysterious, which is a good thing; nor is she the perfect character (which is even better). The thing about science-fiction is that it gives you the greatest freedom to do whatever you want with characters and their stories. I'm having a hard time wrapping my art around that idea, but you've got it nailed down. The only thing left to say is great job and I can't wait to see the finished version!

Since I'm not allowed to post a REAL critique, I'll do as much as I can here. x.x
Here's what I have to say.
Overall, this a a very nice design for a character of this personality. Her being a "duplicate" of Hazel, there isn't much they have in common at the moment. I know you're going to change up the design later, but yes. I'd say make it a little more identical to the original. Otherwise, this is a great, original design. The colors and the shot gun match perfectly and I really look forward to seeing her in action! Well done!
