Did this one a long time ago ( actually I think four years ago it was?).
I'm not even sure how many hours it took, but I do know I was watching C-Span at the time (I think that was the reason I started drawing this? I'm sorry I really don't remember much of this)
I do recall using GIMP for this; it was the first time using the program for something like this, and playing around with it, got me to learn a few cool techniques and tools and how to use them.
