I usually excels in the eyes and clothes but got problems with liquids like sweat and saliva, Recolored is not that good for those.

I can see what you mean. Coloring in liquid is one of the hardest things to do. There are so many textures and shades you would have to work with. Not to mention how you color it really matters.
