Design 216 was a companion design for the previous 214 version:

but in this proposal the ship's speed was increased mostly by lengthening the hull to get better hydrodynamic attributes with better beam to length ratio. Weaponry wise it's your usual standard battleship with 12" main, 10" secondary and 4,7" tertiary guns, the unique thing about it is the usage of a twin 120mm gun turret.
The design had the following characteristics:
Dimensions: 134,11 (pp) 144,1 (wl) x 23,16 x 7,54m
Displacement: 14.500tons (standard)
Armour: 25mm Deck, 229mm Belt
Engines: 17.000shp, Vertical Triple Expansion Engines, 2 shafts
Speed: 36km/h (19,5knots)
Armaments:
2x2 12"/45 (305mm/45) Vickers Mk B Cannons,
4x2 10"/50 (254mm/50) Vickers Mk C Guns,
2x2,16x1 4,7"/50 (120mm/50) Vickers Mk A Guns,
4x1 457mm Underwater Torpedo Tubes
