It's a Play Station 2 Game.

Well as I've said torrent is no go as I've struck on 83% since last year. If you find it somewhere on FTP or some file hosting site, that is our only chance I guess, Or order it directly from Japan, or see if somebody have it on sale on Amazon, E-Bay or similar sites for example

For example From Toyko to Budapest (I Don't live there) then to Washington is 16.438km
But from Toyko to Washington is 10.918km
And these are Aerial distances.
(I do not know where you live)
