What are her powers besides flight, if any? I can extrapolate that she's really hard to hit unless the villain uses a blanket attack, but even then I'd give minuses to hit.

She can change size, is as strong while she is minute as she is at full size. Her stingers are tasers, and her costume has a sophisticated electronics assembly allowing her secure communications

Very nice, especially the part where she's as strong in her miniature state as when she's full sized. There's gonna be a whole bunch of knocked out goons in her future. She's definitely a great scout, though if UW comes after her, she'd better high-tail it out of there. Tasers and human level strength aren't gonna cut it against UW.
