Description
I cleaned the mural from the two air conditioners , one was directly under the window and the other to the right of the window.
Now it looks more Nicely , Agreeably and Interesting than it is in reality. It took sometime , but Now and forever this mural will be free from accumulations .. they are not able to stop the light and no darkness is able to.. I saw this mural for the first time in 2016 year.

The mural with the tit (in ukrainian lang pronouncing as Synychka) appeared in Kyiv in May 2016 as part of project Art United Us. The work was called "Freedom". The mural is located on the end wall of an apartment building and occupies three floors in height. The picture shows a tit hanging upside down, holding the light bulb with its paw. The author of the street drawing is the Ukrainian artist Alex Maksiov. This is not the first work of the artist with the image of a bird. In the fall of 2015, Alex Maksiov created a huge mural "Swift" on the wall of a 16-storey building on Bulakhovsky Street in the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv. The mural with the yellow tit is located at 12 Ivana Franko Street, opposite the colorful street art with children near the playground.
