I feel bad for finishing this one so quickly when i have a couple from months ago ): This character gave me more inspiration though.

Actually, it's the Blue Moon and Blue Moon Pants. The Cape appears to be a Purple Adventurer Cape. The weapon is a Sai. The Shoes are the Blue Goni Shoes. The hat is a Dark (Black) Pilfer.
