Ok, i'm gonna say it cause no one else did but as much as i adore Jessica Rabbit and that i think she will forever be a Classic for those who had the chance to experienced her... I... I kind of wish this was the original design. I mean don't get me wrong, i get that in the movie, Toons are very much a species and that essentially that mean that Roger and Jessica relationship is seen as Toon X Toon rather than Human X Animal but still, i always low key thought it was a tad odd especially when you consider that most golden age and silver cartoon, "Anthro Toon" often have a female love interest of the same species (or at least part of the animal kingdom). I mean, Mikey has Minnie, Donald has Daisy, Pepe Le pew has Penelope Pussycat (who he think is a skunk) and so on. In the original book "Who censored Roger Rabbit", there's a theme of racism toward toons so maybe that also why they make the Main couple of the movie "mixed" to sort of underline this but yeah at the end of the day it's a rabbit and a human having a relationship, if this version was in the movie that would actually have make more sense especially since... i can believe i'm gonna say this, but she's arguably hotter than the original Jessica rabbit.
Maybe that's just it, Dads who brought their kids to see this movie back in the days, might have already felt bad about day dreaming of a Cartoon character imagine it it was a voluptuous cartoon squirrel (or any other anthros for that matter) LOL ! I don't see the problem personally XD !

... And for once, a friend of Penny's finally tore his attention away from her tail and took a good look at the rest of her. He hasn't woken up yet. Legend says he'll only wake once the gods give him the proper words to compliment her beauty. Or by mouth-to-mouth. Whichever comes first.
Seriously though, blending Jessica's outfit with Penny and doing it in the same style as the movie makes for an incredibly good fit. It's definitely still recognizable as Penny, yet with that seductive drawl of Kathleen Turner's voice oozing out from between those lips... Okay, my ears melted...
