What to do?

I want to have a new character but I can't come up with nice designs. Now here's when you come in! You'll need to design one for me! Muahaha!!!
Ok, here's the catch. I won't let you make any design you want. I want a BELGIUM character design. For example, one with the colors of the Belgium flag or something like that. As long as it represents the country Belgium.
The character has to be male and has to be a canine. (So any breed of wolf, dog, jackall, dingo,...) All other details are for you to descide.
