This one looks like a drawing from scratch. maybe you used a ref, maybe you didn't. the Llama I think was definitely just an edited photo. Idle looks like it was drawn over an edited photo, but it blends really well together.

XD don't read too much into art or you will loose sanity.
1. The last two are drawn from scratch.
2. Older ones are drawn too but they closely follow the original's semantics. Sometime they are a combination of two or more references.
3. The initial ones, if you go through the history, are simple photo manips.
4. All of them are digitally done, using an AI assisted tool.
