Not just a rail test coach, actually, but a catenary service vehicle. Β ES 514 and its 'colleague' ES 509, together with older service vehicle ES 406 are all three (nominally) stabled at the Merelbeke (Gent) depot (FKR), although the latter is more normally seen at the formation yard on the western side of the Gent St. Pieters station (FGSP).
