Amtrak #29 the 'Capitol Limited' crosses the Potomac River just prior to making its stop at Harpers Ferry, WV. 2 P42B-9s provide the power, leading a heritage (pre-Amtrak) baggage car and built-for-Amtrak Superliner cars.
