Description
A going-away shot of the Conrail 'Military Special' at Potter (Edison) New Jersey August 5, 1990 with Conrail bay-window caboose #21302 bring up the rear. Cabooses were rare by this time, I would guess this train had one due to the cargo it was transporting.The 113 N-21 class caboosesΒ (21201-21313) were the only cabooses bought new by Conrail, built in 1978. As far as I know, it is still in existence and is now owned by Norfolk Southern.
