2. no u cannot, "mi" means minim bid and it raises up the price from the "sb" aka starter bid.
example:
"sb" (aka 100 points)
"110"
"120"
u can NEVER start anything, bid or otherwise, with a minim bid/increase
3. 10 points is literally 10 cents in usd (which I use), which is EXTREMELY under priced. My prices are 500 points/$5+. This is kinda insulting to be asking for so low.
