when no sunshine can penetrate the clouds
since they have settled in your head

when you can not stand the face
staring at you from the mirror
when you can not bear the thoughts
screaming in your head
It's one of these days
when you can only escape into the bittersweet embrace
of sad music
to let it rip your inside apart
when you can only wait for the sun to set
and hope for sleep
to numb your pain with oblivion
It's just
one of these days
