Shantae, as she appears in the DSiWare game Shantae: Risky's Revenge.Seeing as how Wayforward recently got enough money to create Shantae: Half-Genie Hero (which ain't gonna be on consoles 'til next year), I decided to create a little something to celebrate. Not the best representation of the sprite, I know, but Minecraft only goes so far when it comes to colors.
If you haven't played this game (or any in its series), I recommend getting a 3DS XL and a Nintendo eShop card. Use said card to download the Game Boy Color game Shantae, and the DSiWare sequel mentioned above. That, and you'll be all set for winter, as Shantae and the Pirate's Curse is coming out exclusively for the 3DS. The gameplay is top-notch; comparable to Metroid, but with an Arabian Nights type of style.
