//In another Universe, something like this could happen~You're wondering why Specter is wearing a scarf and not his usual 'great leader' attire, and why Pepper is not in the same clothing as we usually see in the RP.
It's another Universe, duh!
The only story in here is that two friends meet up with two more friends under an umbrella on a rainy day. It will never happen in the general RP, but you can never tell in another Universe, can't you, hence the OOCness.
