I thought it was a screenshot. On closer inspection, I realised it was more detailed and beautiful than the original art and animation.

I'll say. Funnily enough, I read one rather angry individual suggest Geass was so bad that it, 'made bleach like look a broadway spectacular'. This was just the other day, and your reply reminded me.
I can't help wondering if that poster had watched code geass, or ever been to a broadway spectacular. Having watched Bleach, I can honestly say that Geass is superior.
At least Geass has a coherent plot that goes somewhere.
