Atmosperically and artistically, your cover trumps theirs. There is so much about this image that I love and at the same time, it makes me afraid as well. Very powerful.

Hmm, fear isn't an emotion that I experience readily. It's more tension than fear I guess. But I'm not entirely sure. For some reason it holds a sort of cold expectance, like waiting for the inevitable to happen. Like standing near a thunderstorm you know you can't escape.

I'm just a little curious... When you are drawing people in PS... Do you have a scanned sketch to work over or do you draw it straight into photoshop from your head?
Mmm the guy looked a bit odd to me to start with till I looked at it a while. For some reason it took my a while to see which way his body was facing. Must just be me. haha. Great PS painting skills as usual.

that's really gorgeous :3 i love the movie-like quality of this comic cover! the painting of the dude is beautifully detailed as usual. and i'm really liking the extra little things u added all around (wires, the lighting details on the Airlift sign...
one thing though. u know the part where the dude's bazooka/rocketlauncher thing connects with the railings behind him? im not too sure if you meant the railing to be overlapping the bazooka like that... looks strange cos he is standing infront of it. just thought i'd ask to clarify~
