Description
A short excerpt from "Curse of the Witch":Β
Drucilla stood in the town square, looking up at the cracked wooden sign for βThe Wandering Bardβ.Β The worn paint showed an elderly man with long grey hair and a flowing beard.Β He was sat in a field, with a pint of beer in one hand and a walking cane in the other.Β Behind him, a stag wandered around the field and the whole picture was surrounded by paintings of leaves, nuts and fruits.Β There was probably some meaning to the symbolism, but if there were, Drucilla was not interested. Β She clapped excitedly because a pub meant alcohol and that led to anger, depression, fights, general rowdiness and lots of negative energy.Β With a wide grin she pushed open the door and walked into the bar.
