So first, The scale textures on the lizard are very well done, like it looks like it could be a photograph of a real-life lizard, that's how well done. I'm not to much of a fan of Anthropomorphism, but I think the human-like blue eye works extremely well here. The multitude of colors on the iguana also works, and are well placed; I can see this being some extremely rare breed of iguana deep within the forests of the amazon, or something. The pose, for the most part, is also natural, Kudos to you for that very small detail of having its mouth very slightly open, it adds a very-lifelike, yet very subtle detail to the picture, like it is tasting the air, or ate a bug, or whatever. The tree branch is also good, the lighting on it gives us the idea of what time of day it is, that the lizard actually exists, etc.
There are a couple of things that could use some improvement. Mainly, the reptile's body. I may just be nit-picky here, but I don't think the fur-like texture really belongs in this picture, especially when the scales of its face stand out so much. I think if it had been all fur, or all scales, the overall quality of the picture would have increased. Secondly, the branch doesn't look quite wide enough to be supporting the lizard in its current pose, with the leg sticking out as it is. My suggestion would be to move the leg either slightly backwards, or far forwards, to give us the idea that it is clinging to the branch, or that it is moving, instead of just having its leg stick out into empty space. And shoot, there was one more thing I was going to point out, but it seems I've forgotten it.
Thank you for sharing this with us here on DA, and I'll gladly add it to my Favorites.
Cheers!

Thank you for your time in critiquing this, yet again. I always come to appreciate your words on my artwork. As I've stated before, pose, anatomy etc were drawn from an existing photograph, hence the look. Generally I will draw as much as I can without assistance, then overlay the image and change a few things around to make sure my line art doesn't look stupid. I will use this valuable information in my next round of pictures. Again, words can not express my gratitude.

Phenomenal! The colors and the details are mind blowing. Those scales must have taken forever.

It's a texture/brush set... muhaha, but yes, the overlays took a while. There are over 70 layers in this picture
